My biggest mistake in stopping me from being efficient.

I want everything to be perfect…

…running right, looking good and a want for everyone to be happy with it.

The energy it takes to get everything perfect in our reality is like dragging an anchor on efficiency. The end goal can come 10 times longer.

I will see the same mistake in new clients they have a picture in their head that they need to be fit before they get fit! Awesome strategy for not allowing yourself to commit and stay exactly where you are, stopping you from being efficient.

I bang on a lot about efficiency being one of the key areas to work on to get to where you want to be as fast as possible.

I’m creating an environment for my clients to do their training as efficiently as possible and I’m having fun building it as efficiently as possible.
